It was trying to rain as I left for work this morning,but the day stayed mainly overcast.had a chance this afternoon to reflect on my race with Abichal.Some of the runners are recovering faster than others.I geuss it depends on how hard you pushed,and how well prepared you were.Experience is a big key.
