I don't think I mentioned it before but one of my friends from work went to see the new James Bond film, and he says it is really good. Even though it is a remake, he says it is very different than the other one. Oh! by the way Wolves managed another 1-1 draw the other night and have actually slipped down the league even more.

This morning I ran on my own at 6am, the weather is very nice at the moment, and by the time I finished my run the sun was coming up on a beautiful day. This 4 day weekend has been great, but tomorrow it will be back to work, but only for 2 more weeks. The big game came and went and in the end it was Man U 1-1 Chelsea so nothing has changed at the top of the Premiership. For you cricket fans out there England are bravely getting beaten badly by the Australians. It's only a game!

As I often do at this time of the year, I was co-race director of the 2 mile race this morning. And what a beautiful morning it was. Small turnout though, but everyone seemed happy. Managed to get my own run in later in the day. Arsenal lost to Bolton in the Premiership which dampens their spirit a little. 1st plays second in the big game tomorrow.

Wolves had a friday night game against Sunderland tonight. They took the lead just before halftime, then gave up a goal in the 80th minute and the game ended 1-1. At least it is better then a loss, but they need to win a few more games and score a few more goals, if they want to make it back into the Premeirship. I had a pretty relaxing day the weather was better than yesterday though it didn't feel that much warmer. The weekend promises to be nice.

Yes it's champions league time again, and the big result is Celtic beating Man U 1-0 to go top of their group. Arsenal came back from 1 down to beat Hamburg 3-1. Stafford Rangers who come from near where my sister lives, have made it into the second round of the FA cup, they are currently in the middle of the Conference a semi-proffesional team. So good for them.

Today was a strange day for me something came up at the last minute, and I spent the day making lots of phone calls and trying to catch up with some people. Some friends who had been visiting were leaving today and everything was a bit hectic. By the end of the day though all was sorted out and I could relax. That's life in the big city!

Today was my day to be the guard at the tennis court as I have mentioned before. So I ran alone at 6:15 just a short run.It has turned quite cold and overcast. When I had finished my duties I went out for a second run, this time with my friend Utpal, it was the first time in a long time that have run twice in one day.

Well I got some interesting reactions to my photo of my friends and I in the strange skater pants, one guy thought they should have sold them at all let alone for $1. Mostly though people thought it was funny. Well Wolves managed to eek out a 1-1 draw against local rivals Birmingham on saturday but still slipped to 10th in the league.

I posted this photo and now I can't rotate it, sorry about the broken necks. These are 2 of my Serbian friends, hence the flag. We got these trousers at a local store for just $1 and couldn't resist wearing them. They are actually scateboarders pants from California and are all the rage, they even have a pocket for your cell phone.

OK so my friend Utpal is sick with some kind of flu symptoms and I have this hip problem which is also a lower back problem now, though it is not too bad and I am learning to deal with it. Actually it seems to be ok when I run, and so the both of us went out late morning for a short run, which I think helped us both feel a little better. A peroid of rain as come upon us and it seems it will be so for a few days, this has however helped to keep the temperatures a little warmer.

a problem that I had with my left hip,2 years ago, seems to have returned. There is already some improvement and I think that it will recover as it did back then. The fact thayt we have such nice weather at the moment will probably speed things up. So my Wolves lost away today, I think they have won away only once this season. They now fallen to 8th in the league and need to improve.

Well it's that time of the year when I seem to get a lot of inspiration to write. I have been getting a few poems lately and also I have been working on my running stories, which is a project that I have been working on for about 2 years and will one day come out as a book. I recieved a message from my agents assistant that mailings have gone out to 10 major publishers about my book, so once again we have to wait and see.

What a beautiful day, it was already in the high 50's when I left for work this morning and it only got better. A friend of mine from Serbia arrived and brought with him some really nice herbal tea, so we drank tea and had a nice chat. My sisters dog is not doing so well but we hope that with some rest comforting he will improve.

The rain has once again returned, it has been raining all day, but along with the rain come warmer temperatures. There are fallen leaves all over the ground which is also a product of the rain. Liverpool, Arsenal, and Spurs all made it into the 1/4 finals of the League Cup. Things are changeing here in the US, we will see what change brings.

Southend, from the championship, have beaten Manchester United from the Premiership 1-0 in the 4th round of the League cup,in England. This is quite an upset. Top teams often field a weaker side in the early rounds of these cup competitions, but even Man U's weak teams are full of stars. United are top of the prem' and Southend are bottom of the Championship.Other than that it is just a quiet old election day here in New York, with results to come later.

Since I was born and grew up in England today is the celebration of Guy Fawlkes, who ha dhis own ideas of how disrupt politics. It was 38f when Utpal and I went for our run this morning, but all wrapped up we ran out to flushing meadow and back. Then we had the opportunity to watch the new York City marathon, which was actually quite exciting. With a Latvian defending the womens title and a Brazilian wining the mens race. both Chelsea and Arsenal lost in the Premiership, so Man U now have a 3 point lead. 2 friends of mine, Luis ( 4: 31:15 ) and Shishaldin ( 4:44:13 ) ran the marathon, congratulations to both of you.
