Usually I do not sleep so well after running a multiday race. For the length of the race I am training the body to use only short sleep breaks and at regular times. These usually carry over for a few days after the race. However this seems to have changed this time and I am sleeping well. This morning I went out for a run with Utpal and we did about 4 miles, it felt quite good and I am optimistic that my recovery will go well and quite quickly.
