I did get some sad news today friend of mine in Bulgaria ran a 2 mile race then promptly dropped dead. I do not have any details.
I did run my own 2 mile race this morning. The weather was wet and windy and once again I struggled with my breathing, though it was better than last week. I ended up with the same time as last week 15:02. So that is encouraging.
